After Haiti anything is possible: Is Vargas again on the list of mass destruction?
VHeadline commentarist, University of Los Andes (ULA) political sciences professor, Dr. Franz J. T. Lee writes: The recent article published by VHeadline "Are they that sick? Did US weather weapon destroy Haiti?," written by Junious Ricardo Stanton, confirms the global reality of all our warnings across the last decade. We explained the 'Project for a New American Century," who bombed the 'Twin Towers' to blazes and why! We related Katrina to all the earthquakes, floods and tsunamis, to the HAARP projects.
Like so many other scholars, scientists and emancipators, we interrelated the crimes of murderous capital accumulation with ruling class atrocities, with global terrorism, with the production and application of mortal arms of mass destruction. We always highlighted global exploitation, political domination, racism, genocide and alienation. This implies that there is no Quo Vadis for humanity within capitalism, no real social change can come from within. A radical anti-capitalism is a conditio sine qua non for any emancipatory endeavor.
We warned about the Big Lies, about the Mental Holocaust, and told the truth about Chernobyl, Katrina, the Twin Towers, about geophysical warfare, about plans to eliminate world poverty, by means of 'military humanism," hair-raising military-industrial plans possibly to eliminate millions of useless, troublesome 'mad cows."
According to the latest scientific information, oil and gas are not biotic fuel, they are renewable natural resources; also the 'Peak Oil' thesis is now no more true. Hence, like the case of Venezuela, many 'under-developed' countries like Uganda, Cuba or Haiti practically swim on oil. One more reason for the current United States military occupation of Haiti.
After Iraq and Afghanistan, after Gaza, logically Haiti had to follow, one day, very soon, more such natural 'surprises' will come.
The latter concerns the inexorable brutality of world imperialism as described in the article. It concerns the total collapse of world capitalism, its heinous battle to get a new lease of self-destructive agony, a few years, a few decades. ... till 'after people."
More than ever, it is necessary to organize global resistance, hic et nunc, not a 'Fifth International," a New International, which incorporates all the failures and victories of previous ones, all the lessons of Permanent World Revolution, the praxical and theoretical contributions of every single individual or organization that ever negated capitalism, colonialism, imperialism, corporatism and globalization.
In other words, it is now and here, either emancipatory socialism with whatever means necessary or global, capitalist vandalism, the end of human existence.

Junious Ricardo Stanton: "The military has had about 20 years to work on weather warfare methods, which it euphemistically calls weather modification. For example, rainmaking technology was taken for a few test rides in Vietnam.
The US Department of Defense sampled lightning and hurricane manipulation studies in Project Skyfire and Project Stormfury. And they looked at some complicated technologies that would give big effects.
'Angels Don't Play This HAARP' cites an expert who says the military studied both lasers and chemicals which they figured could damage the ozone layer over an enemy. Looking at ways to cause earthquakes, as well as to detect them, was part of the project named Prime Argus, decades ago. The money for that came from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA, now under the acronym ARPA).
In 1994 the Air Force revealed its Spacecast 2020 master plan, which includes weather control. Scientists have experimented with weather control since the 1940s, but Spacecast 2020 noted that 'using environmental modification techniques to destroy, damage or injure another state are prohibited.' Recently I wrote a piece detailing why Haiti is so poor, how the US and its European allies have conspired since 1804 to choke and strangle the people and economy of this island inhabited by the descendants of Africans. Haiti is peopled by the sons and daughters of the Africans who soundly defeated France, Britain and Spain to gain their independence and freedom, to become a beacon of possibility for freedom-loving people in this hemisphere.
The whites have never forgiven those Africans or their heirs for debunking the feeble notions of white supremacy and superiority. The US elites and New World Order devotees still hold a deep seated animus towards Haiti and the Haitian people to this day.

Immediately following the "earthquake" that hit Haiti on January 12, 2010, I started seeing reports that the earthquake was not a random occurrence or happenstance. These were the same rumblings I heard following Hurricane Katrina.
After the devastation of Katrina I started seeing reports about HAARP, High Frequency Active Auroral Research. I did some research and discovered HAARP is an extremely high frequency radio transmitter military operation located in Alaska and Puerto Rico. HAARP is a military project both the US Navy and US Air Force have signed on to for conducting experiments and tests using high frequency electromagnetic waves.
The US military has been using HAARP to slice the earth's ionosphere, stab into the oceans in search of submarines, penetrate deep into the earth's core and impact all life on the planet. Some speculate the US and Russia have engaged in stealth weather warfare for decades.
The US government is tight lipped about HAARP and its clandestine uses. However if you do some cursory research, you will discover alarming but not surprising facts, that for me confirm what the Last Poets said is true, "The white man has a god complex."
"HAARP is part of the weapons arsenal of the New World Order under the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). From military command points in the US, entire national economies could potentially be destabilized through climatic manipulations. More importantly, the latter can be implemented without the knowledge of the enemy, at minimal cost and without engaging military personnel and equipment as in a conventional war," writes Michel Chossudovsky in "Washington's New World Order Weapons Have the Ability to Trigger Climate Change." Chossudovsky is professor of economics at the University of Ottawa and the author of "The Globalization of Poverty."
He continues: "The use of HAARP -- if it were to be applied -- could have potentially devastating impacts on the world's climate. Responding to US economic and strategic interests, it could be used to selectively modify climate in different parts of the world resulting in the destabilization of agricultural and ecological systems. "It is also worth noting that the US Department of Defense has allocated substantial resources to the development of intelligence and monitoring systems on weather changes. NASA and the Department of Defense's National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) are working on 'imagery for studies of flooding, erosion, land-slide hazards, earthquakes, ecological zones, weather forecasts, and climate change' with data relayed from satellites," Chossudovsky writes.
The US has three known HAARP transmitting stations (and the operative word here is "known") -- two in Alaska at Gakona and Fairbanks and one in Puerto Rico near the Arecibo Observatory. The US actually admits HAARP has been used to probe the earth for natural gas and oil.
Keep this in mind: Haiti has oil. In fact the Atlantic Richfield Co. is a major developer of patented HAARP technology as are E-Systems and Raytheon, two major defense contractors (a euphemism for the warmongering military industrial complex).

What if the HAARP transmitting station in Puerto Rico was probing for oil in the Caribbean near Cuba or Haiti and set the signal frequencies too high?

What if this aggravated a pre-existing fault line on the island shared by Haiti and the Dominican Republic and resulted in the earthquake?
Or what if they already knew Haiti had oil off its coasts and near the mountains and deliberately ignited a HAARP beam in order to generate enough instability to create an earthquake in order to ethnically cleanse and depopulate the region?
Now before you call me crazy or say I'm a "conspiracy kook," remember this is the same US military that dropped two atomic bombs on Nagasaki and Hiroshima, two non-military targets, when they had no idea how much damage they would cause! This is the same military that dropped tons of lethal chemicals, defoliants and herbicides in Vietnam -- sometimes on US forces (friendly fire?).
This is the same military that uses depleted uranium in Iraq and unmanned drones to kill innocent civilians in Afghanistan and Pakistan today. The US is waging proxy and low grade resource wars all around the planet. You get my drift? The US military is capable of unspeakable atrocities.
Let's not forget the US government's genocidal policies: giving smallpox-laced blankets to the Native Americans, the infamous Tusgekee syphilis experiment. Don't forget about slavery and the US government standing idly by as thousands of Blacks were lynched and terrorized during the 19th and 20th centuries.
So if you are a student of history or you are half way sane, my HAARP scenario is not far fetched at all. Why has Obama reacted to Haiti just like Bush reacted to Katrina? Why the delay in mobilizing aid?
Why a military response as opposed to a humanitarian one? Why so many obstacles placed in the way of supplies and humanitarian aid given by other countries, just like FEMA erected obstacles to aid from neighboring communities and states and volunteer first responders in New Orleans? Why is the corporate media focusing on the alleged looting and the need for police and security rather than the way native Haitians have pooled together to help one another?
This is a redo of Katrina. Actually, when you consider the US government's abysmal response to Hurricane Katrina and the recent Haitian crisis, you have to conclude they are:
1) callous and heartless,
2) totally inept or
3) deliberately engaged in ethnic cleansing and genocide.
I suspect the latter, and one of the reasons is oil. Let us not forget: Haiti has oil! Oil is one of the main components of the American g.o.d.: gold, oil and drugs. They will do anything for their god.
The media is now playing up the scramble to help Haiti by Americans as a cover for what really went down and to keep people thinking the earthquake was a "natural disaster" when in fact HAARP created it either deliberately or unintentionally.
This is my theory. Like the title of Charles Barkley's book, "I may be wrong, but I doubt it." *

Venezuela: DIANA versus HAARP

Over the last years, we have continually informed our readers about the USA's gigantic war projects and other metropolitan powers against humanity, about their bellicose production of arms of mass destruction (WMD'S), of their ABCDE ... weapons.
For example, we explained the arrogant attitude of the USA, which itself amasses a galaxy of WMD'S ... piling them up in Israel, and elsewhere.
Then the UN sends inspectors to Arab countries; find nothing substantial, and shortly thereafter, the USA bombs countries like Iraq to pieces with the very same WMD's that they're looking for ... using low intensity atomic warfare, all over the show, dropping depleted uranium and the mother of all bombs, destroying nature and society for generations to come in these regions at the whim and caprice of their leaders.
We also informed the public about the Philadelphia Experiments, Mkultra, Operation Paper-Clip, the Manchurian Candidate, HAARP, Pentagon Aliens, Tesla's free energy technology, Wilhelm Reich's orgone, US scramjets, scalar waves, ELF waves and about the current, invisible, stealth war submarines of Germany and France, etc.
Obviously, in spite of our extreme radicality ... our grasping of the global problems at their very root ... it seems that even we have not touched the tip of the iceberg; current global reality is worse.
We also underestimated the brutality of homo homini lupus, of ruling class man. He does not amass these WMD'S for video-games, War of the Galaxies, but eventually to eliminate six billion obsolete physical labor forces. As we all know, long ago, as a result of the introduction of intellectual labor that now accounts for the lion's share of world production, the USA (via the UN) planned programs for the reduction of the world population, of world poverty by progressively simply eliminating the poor themselves.
Concerning the coming world wars, and the corresponding deadly weapons, two years ago, Michel Chossudovsky, Professor of Economics, University of Ottawa, warned that "in addition to the devastating impacts of greenhouse gas emissions on the ozone layer, the World's climate can now be modified as part of a new generation of sophisticated 'non-lethal weapons.'"

In fact, long ago already, the Pentagon and the Kremlin had developed weapons to manipulate the world's climate. For example, already in the Vietnam War, the USA had used them against the Vietcong. In the USA, this kind of war technology is being used in the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) as part of the (Star Wars) Strategic Defence Initiative (SDI), which till this day is being propagated as part of the Project for a New American Century.
The world renowned scientist Dr. Rosalie Bertell confirmed that "US military scientists ... are working on weather systems as a potential weapon. The methods include the enhancing of storms and the diverting of vapor rivers in the Earth's atmosphere to produce targeted droughts or floods." (The Times, London, 23 November 2000)
HAARP, situated in Gokoma (Alaska) is a jointly managed project of the US Air Force and the US Navy ... other similar projects exist in Europe and Russia ... as a global war instrument is currently fully operational. It is experimenting on triggering earthquakes, droughts, floods and hurricanes; in fact, according to Thomas Bearden, ever since 1970, in the very USA no normal, natural, weather conditions exist anymore ... soon the weather of the whole planet will be in chaos.
In the past, it was very difficult to detect where and when these weapons of mass destruction have been tested or used; furthermore, many extreme weather phenomena, like the well known climate disaster over Vargas (Venezuela) ... appearing miraculously on days of decisive political events in December 1999 ... could easily have been the indirect results, ... perhaps caused unintentionally ... the "collateral damage" of dangerous global experiments in the region, within the context of full spectrum dominance.
In the article mentioned above, the scientist Dr. Nicholas Begich described HAARP as follows: "A super-powerful radiowave-beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere [upper layer of the atmosphere] by focusing a beam and heating those areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto earth and penetrate everything -- living and dead."

Dr. Rosalie Bertell depicted HAARP as: "a gigantic heater that can cause major disruption in the ionosphere, creating not just holes, but long incisions in the protective layer that keeps deadly radiation from bombarding the planet."
HAARP can easily be used as a bellicose instrument of imperialist conquest within the "axis of evil", and it is capable of selectively destabilizing agricultural and ecological systems of entire regions anywhere on earth. In a previous commentary we have already elaborated the other evil functions of this weapon of "environmental warfare." We also spotlighted the US "Spanish Flu" arm of biological warfare, as revealed by the "Sunshine Project."
However, the global situation is worse, we should not forget that a while ago, according to the international press, President Bush of the USA had ordered the Pentagon to target seven nations for attack -- of course, Venezuela was not included in this list of the "axis of evil," yet, as oil-producing country, she is permanently under attack.
Also, the USA made it very clear that they planned widespread use of nuclear weapons in war, including "low intensity nuclear warfare," that includes the use of lethal weapons of depleted uranium, as were and are being used in Iraq.
In reality, the Bush administration’s policies, the new Pentagon doctrine, the ferocious Economic World War between the Great Powers, all bring the world far closer to the actual use of nuclear weapons of war, with incalculable consequences for humanity. Indeed, as things develop currently, such a war is all but inevitable...
Really, the global situation is critical, not even the weather is fine anymore. However, the truth is the only thing that can free, can emancipate us. Hence, to be fully conscious about our precarious existence, is the revolutionary conditio sine qua non to inspire us daily, every hour, to be on the alert, to dedicate our whole life in the service of revolutionary emancipation, of human survival.
In spite of the global, fascist Sword of Damocles over our heads, as comradely inspiration for all our young Latin American Bolivarians, in conclusion, I will cite the first paragraph of one of the very first articles that I ever wrote, published more than forty years ago. Already then I spoke about "securing universal peace and equal relations for Latin America," and elsewhere.
* Then already you could hear my "Diana," see my "Battle of Santa Ines" against all possible HAARPs of global fascism ... this is a trans-historic example of tenacious, adamant, permanent, revolutionary practice and theory on a global scale.
"In the twenty years after World War II there emerged what French geographers and social scientists call the Third World -- Tiers Monde. It stretches from Latin America, across Africa and the Middle East, to Indonesia and the tropical Pacific Islands. Venezuela: Really, nothing is innocent anymore: floods, earthquakes and the flu have become arms of mass destruction

Over the last weeks, nearly as normal as enjoying delicious 'arepas' and 'empanadas', rumors, floods, landslides, tremors and earthquakes have become realities in Venezuela; in all its provinces and across its borders. Who knows, perhaps the latest earthquakes in its capital Caracas form part of the geophysical 'terror' against Venezuela. They are causing pandemonium all over. In addition to all this, many persons suffer from fatigue and headaches. Now the so-called 'swine flu' horrifies millions, fear takes its toll everywhere. The workers are not discussing politics anymore, the topic is now the relations between tremors, flu and piggery, a while ago it was birds and floods. And in the middle of bankruptcy and depression, Donald Rumsfeld's business reaches unexpected flourishing heights.
* Are all these just preparations for severe global fascist oppression in the making?
* Do they simply function as a kind of political lightning rod all over the globe?
* If all these pandemic threats are not natural, then from where could they originate?
* Do our international mass media really inform us about the coming dangers?
* Are we fit to fight fascism wherever it may break out and spread like a wild bush fire across the globe?
* What is happening nowadays in the epoch of a super depression?
* What do we not know? Ignorance is bliss!
Among the strange things that happen on planet earth and in the solar skies, we find things which merit serious investigations. At any event across the past years we (and many others) have informed the public about dangerous experiments and the production of arms of mass destruction, which we will summarize below. Urgently, we should inform ourselves about the following experiments and their latest upgrades:
Weather warfare, climatic warfare, about HAARP, Yellowcake, Spanish Flu, Scalar and ELF waves?
How could billions defend themselves against such mortal weapons?
Because the extra low frequency of "ELF waves" lies under 100 Hz, that is, a frequency which the human brain also uses, all sorts of experiments are being made, to influence our very feelings, emotions and thoughts. These waves could harness or even produce the so-called Chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome (CFIDS), tiredness, drowsiness, cancer, AIDS, flu, delirium, hysteria, hallucinations, strange voices in the cranium, etc.
Concerning this, for example, just study the scientific organ, “Raum & Zeit” (109/110) especially its latest issues. Via HAARP, these ELF waves can be applied from satellite, from hundreds of kilometers, can penetrate the earth and the oceans!
In case of war, the following brain waves of the 'enemy' can be affected:
-Delta (1-3 Hz.) ... Deep Sleep, Coma.
-Theta (4-7 Hz.)... Hypnosis, Trance, Dream.
-Alpha (8-13 Hz.)... Prayers, Meditation, Relaxation.
-Beta (14-40 Hz)... Awakened Situation.
Were such weapons used in Iraq or Afghanistan? When the world depression will reach its peak, could they be used in future mass demonstrations and revolts?
Who knows the truth about Scalar-Waves, built into loud-speakers, perhaps also into cell phones, computers and TV apparatuses, into music? They can also be used to transmit “thoughts”, beliefs, religious dogmas, extraterrestrial sightings, 'intraterrestrial lies', ideology, death squad instructions for “sleepers”, for “Manchurian Candidates”, for Mkultra victims, to blow up “Towers”, to kill fellow students?
We can never prove these things, but they form a delicious intellectual plate, real food for scientific and philosophic thought.
Really this is structural pandemic violence. At all costs we have to terminate all forms of insane terror and social violence.
Some time ago, “Raum & Zeit” (116) published a sensational article, concerning the ‘discovery” of Scalar-Waves: in an experiment, using gravitational waves, voices were transmitted between Germany and Russia. Of course, like in the famous “discovery” of Christopher Columbus, ... who came too late, West Africans were in America long before his adventures ... in all probability “Bushmen” or rabbits must have done this long ago already. By using scalar waves, at a speed higher than the velocity of light ... as the philosopher and scientist Don Albert has explained ... we could transmit prayers to God outside the Universe in 15 minutes. We now just need to wait for a reply in 30 minutes. At the speed of light all the prayers against colonialism will only reach the edge of the universe in millions of light years.
No wonder that we did not topple capitalism and colonialism with the 'sigh of the oppressed creature' as yet!

Valery I. Titarenko, who has done done research work at the Odessa Institute of National Economy (1979) claimed that he made a brilliant discovery for the future development of mankind, under the following nerve- and brain-wrecking title, which only erudite scholars would understand: “The Law of Unity of Universal Forces of the Co-ordinate Standard Fourth-Dimensional Space-Substance; that point charges in the Solar Gravity-Torsion Constant are integral to the elliptical trajectories and to the space-time movements of celestial bodies in free-space.“
However what interests us here is his explanation of the bellicose applicability of these modern HAARP and similar projects. This technology can be used:
" * In wireless power engineering, the generation of electricity from a physical vacuum. Alternative, clean energy, produced in co-ordinates, rather than from atomic, gas and other obsolete, archaic fuels, which produce environmentally hazardous waste products.
* The movement of gravitational objects, such as trains, ships and submarines.
* A new generation of torsion flying apparatus.
* A new technique for producing ultra-high temperatures at critical levels.
* New materials and alloys which have no analogues in present technology.
* Changing the mechanical trajectory of planets and comets.
* A great number of other fields of application."

Is the current flood tragedy in Venezuela (and Colombia) natural, man-made or God-made? Hundreds perished, thousands are homeless. Is there a connection with the warming up of the planet, with the Asian tsunami, with the bad weather in the Mediterranean, with the earthquake in Japan? In Venezuela, and elsewhere, daily life presents itself as follows: while we are innocently planting our potatoes, not knowing whether they have been manipulated genetically by Monsanto or not, while we are milking our cows, permanently fearing the Mad Cow Disease, teaching our school children about global news events, not knowing that Fox News and CNN have changed everything into virtual reality already, and happily celebrating our Andean "paraduras", merrily singing and shooting into the air, in honor of our beloved black San Benito and our snow-white Immaculate Virgin Mary; yet, at the same time, Citizen Power, beware! : the US Marines, flying in from Colombia, any time, defending our "liberty", may drop a mother of all bombs on our innocent, holy heads, claiming that as "axis of evil" we have been attacking them cowardly. Similarly, a few days ago, in Santa Cruz de Mora, Valley of Mocoties, Mérida state, destroyed by severe floods, an elderly lady was holding her cheap wooden rosary between her shivering fingers, tears in floods were rolling down her pale cheeks, desperately she prayed that Jesus should stop the terrible rain torrents. All over Mérida's TV, TAM, in endless religious attire, pleaded for help to aid the homeless victims. In fact, the real figure of this tragedy. of the deceased victims and homeless, pauperized peasants we never will know, it is very much higher than the unofficial countings published till now.
Apart from the individual catastrophic events, this was the saddest picture that hit my mind: I just wondered, in what a horrible, corporate, imperialist, opulent world we are living and dying, that invented such a world order, such a fantastic haven for the "condemned of the earth" (Frantz Fanon), that needs such an immense, universal aureole like religion, to which nearly all of us are still clinging with all our might, and that gives us our only hope and succor on earth.
This global, transhistoric diluvium of religion verifies the misery, poverty, ignorance and alienation of the slaving drones and toiling pariahs of this world, living in shacks, ghettoes, and river-beds. Urgently and immediately we and they have to emancipate ourselves from our local, national and international "angels", otherwise, when the Bush clique has realized its wildest dreams, soon there will be no heaven left anymore, no tomorrow, no human future, no angel, no god.
Yes, because of droughts, many of us, in Africa, and elsewhere, are praying for rain, to fill our dams, and then, the gods of Alaska bless us with plenty floods. Immediately, we again pray to the good old lords, to stop the deadly floods. Then, in gratitude for our beliefs, Los Alamos sends us a beautiful tsunami. Of course, ever since HAARP, we need not blame the heavenly fathers for all these fateful contradictions. As a result of the eternal US attacks on Venezuela, trying to ruin her economy, to assassinate her President Hugo Chávez Frías, to topple her legitimate, popular, democratic government, and eventually to install a loyal, fascist, puppet regime here, many of us do not completely discard the high possibility, born out of sheer economic urgency and megalomaniac desperation, the application of the project HAARP in Venezuela, an intrinsic part of the arsenal of US genocidal weapons of mass destruction. This is becoming more and more probable, in view of the miserable failure of all previous CIA-directed attempts of destabilization.
In fact, also some of us suspect that the 1999 tragedy of Vargas, similar to the current flood catastrophe, directly concerns the weather manipulation experiments of the USA government. As Thomas Bearden discovered, ever since three decades, in the very USA the weather was not natural, not normal, not fine anymore. Even the Asian tsunami falls in the realm of suspicion. But, let us not become paranoiac!
As we stated months before, long ago the Pentagon and the Kremlin had developed deadly weapons to manipulate the world's climate. For example, already in the Vietnam War, the USA had used them against the Vietcong. Also, it is known that in the USA, this kind of war technology is being used in the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) as part of the (Star Wars) Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI), which till this very day is being propagated as part of the Project for a New American Century.

Related to the above, The Times, London, 23 November 2000. nearly five years ago informed us, that according to the world renowned scientist Dr. Rosalie Bertell already many "US military scientists ... are working on weather systems as a potential weapon. The methods include the enhancing of storms and the diverting of vapor rivers in the Earth's atmosphere to produce targeted droughts or floods."
Surely the USA is not doing this to play moral, global, "cowboys and crooks" games, rather it concerns the economic debilitation of its declared "enemies", for example, as propagated by such international mass media like Fox News, to destroy the "dictator and tyrant", Chávez, by all means necessary.
Every second, in this current, accelerated, transitional world process, momentous and dangerous things are happening. Albert Einstein's theories of relativity and the development of atomic energy are already practically obsolete, they are no more the pinnacles of modern technology. Hence, in terms of warfare, what is HAARP all about, on what is it based?As we know, we are living in a severe energy crisis, that is being created artificially, because in reality for a post-production mode, there exists enough energy to serve trillions of living beings and existences in the multi-verses.
The occult US advances in Wilhelm Reich, Tesla and Eastlund Technology, carried out in Los Alamos, and elsewhere, that we have explained in other writings, concern the Pentagon military plans to manipulate the ionosphere, to reduce the unwanted obsolete manual labor forces, to control the climate, and to use it as a weapon against its future competitors for world hegemony. The USA already spent $3 trillion on its nuclear program since its beginnings in the 1940's, who knows how much of petrodollars are being used in the HAARP projects?
Surely, the manipulated "natural" climatic conditions have to do with this national tragedy, that even reached Colombia, including the claimed warming up of the planet, and the "green-house" effects, yet all of them are results of our destructive, capitalist, imperialist production. The main culprit is the USA; Bush claims that signing the Kyoto Agreement again would harm US economic interests, and that instead the "Third World" should freely sign it.

I know I am probably going to get grilled over this but I have decided not to stay silent because I am concerned for the people at Haiti and whats at stake with the new world order. God Bless the people at Haiti and they never deserved any of it whether our government caused the earthquakes or not.
So now that I got that out of my chest I will now speak about what I think happened to Haiti. I believe our military used a tectonic weapon such as a sound bouncing cannon (or the HAARP program), tectonic penetration missiles, or used another technological method to cause the multiple earthquakes at Haiti.
I thought it was stupid what Pat Robertson said as well and judgmental to blame the earthquakes on god but it would be more plausible if he had blamed our current government administration as the sole cause of the unnatural disaster at Haiti. Also I've read part of an alternative report from PakPress that aid was actually being rejected from Haiti and that instead the earthquakes have led to an excuse for a possible illegal military occupation under the guise that they were bringing aid to the people (if they are really bringing aid or allowing it).
I have nothing against giving aid to countries in need in fact it is a polite thing to do but I still believe the natural disaster was not natural and was created by a tectonic weapon of some sort in order to illegally or even legally occupy the country of Haiti. Although since they are a very small country it's hard to know why there's even a possibility that Haiti would be worth conquering but maybe there's a reason only our top secret CIA intels knows why Haiti would be worth occupying.
What I believe happened was that since I discovered it is near water a Naval ship can sail near the coast of Haiti and send a tectonic missile to a unstable tectonic plates thus causing the entire country of Haiti to shake to the ground.

It isn't just some conspiracy theory, it is definitely a possibility that the earthquake incident in Haiti was not natural but caused by man and I also believe this for other natural disasters in the past 1 and possibly two decades and that our military has perfected weather changing devices as weapons.
I believe if our government was capable of making a ship disappear (aka the Montauk project) then our government is capable of many things and that I believe they have the technology available right now to cause thunder storms, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, and much much more of natural disasters. We will probably never be able to prove our current Administration, the CIA, or even the elites private military force of causing the earthquakes at Haiti but it is a possibility that whatever happened at Haiti was NOT an act of gods will, or even just a natural disaster but possibly an attack and occupation of Haiti itself by the global elite hat run our military and make them do awful things and then be told to keep quiet.
If our government has eben disassembled UFO like technology then they probably have the most advanced of all modern weaponry and can use it to tare Haiti to the ground at the hands of the global elitists who think of themselves as gods and that we the people and Haitians alike are considered peasants to these elitists.

Technonet is the protest form of the 1990s-picketing on the information highways. For example, a fast-growing assortment of men and women around the world are using the Internet (started by the US military for information transfer and exchange that would never be interfered with) to draw attention to a questionable military project in Alaska. Now these Internetting, e-mailing, faxing folks are blowing holes in the US Department of Defense secrecy wall by using the government's own system.
The printed-word part of the protest started when Dennis Specht, an anti-nuclear activist then living in Alaska, sent a news item to NEXUS on the topic of HAARP-the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program. Then, an Alaskan political activist and science researcher in Anchorage, Nick Begich, networked with Patrick and Gael Crystal Flanagan, who are self-described "technomonks" living in Sedona, Arizona, and was told to check out that same Australian-based magazine. Begich was surprised to see an item from his home town in NEXUS and immediately headed to the local library to dig out the documents cited in the article.
That research led to articles and the book, Angels Don't Play this HAARP: Advances in Tesla Technology, which is 230 pages of detailed information on this intrusive project. This article will only give highlights. Despite the amount of research (350 footnotes), at its heart it is a story about ordinary people who took on an extraordinary challenge.
HAARP BOILS THE UPPER ATMOSPHERE
HAARP will zap the upper atmosphere with a focused and steerable electromagnetic beam. It is an advanced model of an 'ionospheric heater'. (The ionosphere is the electrically-charged sphere surrounding Earth's upper atmosphere. It ranges between about 40 to 600 miles above Earth's surface.)
Put simply, the apparatus for HAARP is a reversal of a radio telescope: antennas send out signals instead of receiving. HAARP is the test run for a super-powerful radio wave beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere by focusing a beam and heating those areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto Earth and penetrate everything-living and dead. HAARP publicity gives the impression that the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program is mainly an academic project with the goal of changing the ionosphere to improve communications for our own good. However, other US military documents put it more clearly: HAARP aims to learn how to "exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes". Communicating with submarines is only one of those purposes.
Press releases and other information from the military on HAARP continually downplay what it could do. Publicity documents insist that the HAARP project is no different than other ionospheric heaters operating safely throughout the world in places such as Arecibo, Puerto Rico; Tromsø, Norway; and the former Soviet Union. However, a 1990 government document indicates that the radio frequency (RF) power zap will drive the ionosphere to unnatural activities:
"...at the highest HF powers available in the West, the instabilities commonly studied are approaching their maximum RF energy dissipative capability, beyond which the plasma processes will 'run away' until the next limiting factor is reached."
If the military, in cooperation with the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, can show that this new ground-based "Star Wars" technology is sound, they both win. The military has a relatively inexpensive defence shield and the university can brag about the most dramatic geophysical manipulation since atmospheric explosions of nuclear bombs. After successful testing, they would have the military megaprojects of the future and huge markets for Alaska's North Slope natural gas.
Looking at the other patents which built on the work of a Texas physicist named Bernard Eastlund, it becomes clearer how the military intends to use the HAARP transmitter. It also makes governmental denials less believable. The military knows how it intends to use this technology, and has made it clear in their documents. The military has deliberately misled the public through sophisticated word games, deceit and outright disinformation.
The military says the HAARP system could:
* give the military a tool to replace the electromagnetic pulse effect of atmospheric thermonuclear devices (still considered a viable option by the military through at least 1986);
* replace the huge Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) submarine communication system operating in Michigan and Wisconsin with a new and more compact technology;
* be used to replace the over-the-horizon radar system that was once planned for the current location of HAARP, with a more flexible and accurate system;
* provide a way to wipe out communications over an extremely large area, while keeping the military's own communications systems working;
* provide a wide-area Earth-penetrating tomography which, if combined with the computing abilities of EMASS and Cray computers, would make it possible to verify many parts of nuclear nonproliferation and peace agreements;
* be a tool for geophysical probing to find oil, gas and mineral deposits over a large area;
* be used to detect incoming low-level planes and cruise missiles, making other technologies obsolete.
The above abilities seem like a good idea to all who believe in sound national defence and to those concerned about cost-cutting. However, the possible uses which the HAARP records do not explain, and which can only be found in US Air Force, Army, Navy and other federal agency records, are alarming. Moreover, effects from the reckless use of these power levels in our natural shield-the ionosphere-could be cataclysmic, according to some scientists.
Two Alaskans put it bluntly. A founder of the NO HAARP movement, Clare Zickuhr, says: "The military is going to give the ionosphere a big kick and see what happens."
The military failed to tell the public that they do not know what exactly will happen, but a Penn State science article brags about that uncertainty. Macho science? The HAARP project uses the largest energy levels yet played with, by what Begich and Manning call "the big boys with their new toys". It is an experiment on the sky, and experiments are done to find out something not already known. Independent scientists told Begich and Manning that a HAARP-type 'skybuster' with its unforeseen effects could be an act of global vandalism.
HAARP HISTORY
The patents described below were the package of ideas which were originally controlled by ARCO Power Technologies Incorporated (APTI), a subsidiary of Atlantic Richfield Company, one of the biggest oil companies in the world. APTI was the contractor that built the HAARP facility. ARCO sold this subsidiary, the patents and the second phase construction contract to E-Systems in June 1994.
E-Systems is one of the biggest intelligence contractors in the world, doing work for the CIA, defence intelligence organisations and others. US$1.8 billion of their annual sales are to these organisations, with $800 million for black projects-projects so secret that even the United States Congress isn't told how the money is being spent.
E-Systems was bought out by Raytheon which is one of the largest defence contractors in the world. In 1994 Raytheon was listed as number 42 on the "Fortune 500" list of companies. Raytheon has thousands of patents, some of which will be valuable in the HAARP project. Twelve patents are the backbone of the HAARP project, and are now buried among the thousands of others held in the name of Raytheon.
Bernard J. Eastlund's US Patent #4,686,605, "Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere and/or Magnetosphere", was sealed for a year under a government secrecy order.
The Eastlund ionospheric heater was different: the radio frequency (RF) radiation was concentrated and focused to a point in the ionosphere. This difference throws an unprecedented amount of energy into the ionosphere. The Eastlund device would allow a concentration of one watt per cubic centimetre, compared to others only able to deliver about one millionth of one watt.
This huge difference could lift and change the ionosphere in the ways necessary to create futuristic effects described in the patent. According to the patent, the work of Nikola Tesla in the early 1900s formed the basis of the research.
What would this technology be worth to ARCO, the owner of the patents? They could make enormous profits by beaming electrical power, without wires, from a powerhouse in the gas fields to the consumer.
For a time, HAARP researchers could not prove that this was one of the intended uses for HAARP. In April 1995, however, Begich found other patents, connected with a 'key personnel' list for APTI. Some of these new APTI patents were indeed a wireless system for sending electrical power.
Eastlund's patent said the technology can confuse or completely disrupt airplanes' and missiles' sophisticated guidance systems. Further, this ability to spray large areas of Earth with electromagnetic waves of varying frequencies, and to control changes in those waves, makes it possible to knock out communications on land or sea as well as in the air. The patent said:
"Thus, this invention provides the ability to put unprecedented amounts of power in the Earth's atmosphere at strategic locations and to maintain the power injection level, particularly if random pulsing is employed, in a manner far more precise and better controlled than heretofore accomplished by the prior art, particularly by detonation of nuclear devices of various yields at various altitudes...
"...it is possible not only to interfere with third party communications but to take advantage of one or more such beams to carry out a communications network even though the rest of the world's communications are disrupted. Put another way, what is used to disrupt another's communications can be employed by one knowledgeable of this invention as a communication network at the same time.
"...large regions of the atmosphere could be lifted to an unexpectedly high altitude so that missiles encounter unexpected and unplanned drag forces with resultant destruction...
"Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device. ...molecular modifications of the atmosphere can take place so that positive environmental effects can be achieved. Besides actually changing the molecular composition of an atmospheric region, a particular molecule or molecules can be chosen for increased presence. For example, ozone, nitrogen, etc. concentrations in the atmosphere could be artificially increased..."
Begich found 11 other APTI patents. They told how to make "Nuclear-sized Explosions without Radiation", power-beaming systems, over-the-horizon radar, detection systems for missiles carrying nuclear warheads, electromagnetic pulses previously produced by thermonuclear weapons and other "Star Wars" tricks. This cluster of patents underlay the HAARP weapon system.
Related research by Begich and Manning uncovered bizarre schemes. For example, US Air Force documents revealed that a system had been developed for manipulating and disrupting human mental processes through pulsed radio-frequency radiation (the stuff of HAARP) over large geographical areas. The most telling material about this technology came from writings of Zbigniew Brzezinski (former National Security Adviser to US President Carter) and J. F. MacDonald (science adviser to US President Johnson and a Professor of Geophysics at UCLA), as they wrote about use of power-beaming transmitters for geophysical and environmental warfare. The documents showed how these effects might be caused, and the negative effects on human health and thinking.
The mental-disruption possibilities for HAARP are the most disturbing. More than 40 pages of the book, with dozens of footnotes, chronicle the work of Harvard professors, military planners and scientists as they plan and test this use of the electromagnetic technology. For example, one of the papers describing this use was from the International Red Cross in Geneva. It even gave the frequency ranges where these effects could occur-the same ranges which HAARP is capable of broadcasting.
The following statement was made more than 25 years ago in a book which Brzezinski wrote while a professor at Columbia University:
"Political strategists are tempted to exploit research on the brain and human behaviour. Geophysicist Gordon J. F. MacDonald-specialist in problems of warfare-says accurately-timed, artificially-excited electronic strokes 'could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the Earth... In this way, one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of very large populations in selected regions over an extended period...' No matter how deeply disturbing the thought of using the environment to manipulate behaviour for national advantages, to some the technology permitting such use will very probably develop within the next few decades."
In 1966, MacDonald was a member of the President's Science Advisory Committee and later a member of the President's Council on Environmental Quality. He published papers on the use of environmental control technologies for military purposes. The most profound comment he made as a geophysicist was:
"The key to geophysical warfare is the identification of environmental instabilities to which the addition of a small amount of energy would release vastly greater amounts of energy."
While yesterday's geophysicists predicted today's advances, are HAARP program managers delivering on the vision? The geophysicists recognised that adding energy to the environmental soup could have large effects. However, humankind has already added substantial amounts of electromagnetic energy into our environment without understanding what might constitute critical mass. The book by Begich and Manning raises questions. Have these additions been without effect, or is there a cumulative amount beyond which irreparable damage can be done? Is HAARP another step in a journey from which we cannot turn back? Are we about to embark on another energy experiment which unleashes another set of demons from Pandora's box?
As early as 1970, Zbigniew Brzezinski predicted a "more controlled and directed society" would gradually appear, linked to technology. This society would be dominated by an elite group which impresses voters by allegedly superior scientific know-how. Angels Don't Play This HAARP further quotes Brzezinski:
"Unhindered by the restraints of traditional liberal values, this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behaviour and keeping society under close surveillance and control. Technical and scientific momentum would then feed on the situation it exploits," Brzezinski predicted.
His forecasts proved accurate. Today, a number of new tools for the "elite" are emerging, and the temptation to use them increases steadily. The policies to permit the tools to be used are already in place. How could the United States be changed, bit by bit, into the predicted highly-controlled technosociety? Among the 'stepping stones' Brzezinski expected were persisting social crises and use of the mass media to gain the public's confidence.
In another document prepared by the government, the US Air Force claims:
"The potential applications of artificial electromagnetic fields are wide-ranging and can be used in many military or quasi-military situations... Some of these potential uses include dealing with terrorist groups, crowd control, controlling breaches of security at military installations, and antipersonnel techniques in tactical warfare. In all of these cases the EM (electromagnetic) systems would be used to produce mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual distortion or disorientation. In addition, the ability of individuals to function could be degraded to such a point that they would be combat-ineffective. Another advantage of electromagnetic systems is that they can provide coverage over large areas with a single system. They are silent, and countermeasures to them may be difficult to develop... One last area where electromagnetic radiation may prove of some value is in enhancing abilities of individuals for anomalous phenomena."
Do these comments point to uses already somewhat developed? The author of the government report refers to an earlier Air Force document about the uses of radio-frequency radiation in combat situations. (Here, Begich and Manning note that HAARP is the most versatile and the largest radio-frequency radiation transmitter in the world.)
The United States congressional record deals with the use of HAARP for penetrating the Earth with signals bounced off the ionosphere. These signals are used to look inside the planet to a depth of many kilometres in order to locate underground munitions, minerals and tunnels. For 1996 the US Senate has set aside US$15 million to develop this ability alone: Earth-penetrating tomography. The problem is that the frequency needed for Earth-penetrating radiations is within the frequency range most cited for disruption of human mental functions. It may also have profound effects on migration patterns of fish and wild animals which rely on an undisturbed energy field to find their routes.
As if electromagnetic pulses in the sky and mental disruption were not enough, Eastlund bragged that the super-powerful ionospheric heater could control weather. Begich and Manning brought to light government documents indicating that the military has weather-control technology. When HAARP is eventually built to its full power level, it could create weather effects over entire hemispheres. If one government experiments with the world's weather patterns, what is done in one place will impact everyone else on the planet. Angels Don't Play This HAARP explains a principle behind some of Nikola Tesla's inventions-resonance-which affects planetary systems.
BUBBLE OF ELECTRIC PARTICLES
Angels Don't Play This HAARP includes interviews with independent scientists such as Elizabeth Rauscher. She has a Ph.D., a long and impressive career in high-energy physics, and has been published in prestigious science journals and books. Rauscher commented on HAARP: "You're pumping tremendous energy into an extremely delicate molecular configuration that comprises these multi-layers we call the ionosphere." The ionosphere is prone to catalytic reactions, she explained: if a small part is changed, a major change in the ionosphere can happen.
In describing the ionosphere as a delicately balanced system, Dr Rauscher shared her mental picture of it: a soap bubble-like sphere surrounding Earth's atmosphere, with movements swirling over the surface of the bubble. If a big enough hole is punched through it, she predicts it could pop.
SLICING THE IONOSPHERE
Physicist Daniel Winter, Ph.D., of Waynesville, North Carolina, says HAARP high-frequency emissions can couple with long wave (low frequency or ELF) pulses the Earth grid uses to distribute information as vibrations to synchronise dances of life in the biosphere. Dan terms this geomagnetic action "Earth's information bloodstream", and says it is likely that coupling of HAARP HF (high frequency) with natural ELF (extremely low frequency) can cause unplanned, unsuspected side-effects.
David Yarrow of Albany, New York, is a researcher with a background in electronics. He described possible interactions of HAARP radiations with the ionosphere and Earth's magnetic grid:
"HAARP will not burn 'holes' in the ionosphere. That is a dangerous understatement of what HAARP's giant gigawatt beam will do. Earth is spinning relative to thin electric shells of the multilayer membrane of 'iono-spheres' that absorb and shield Earth's surface from intense solar radiation, including charged particle storms in solar winds erupting from the Sun. Earth's axial spin means that HAARP-in a burst lasting more than a few minutes-will slice through the ionosphere like a microwave knife. This produces not a hole, but a long tear-an incision.
CRUDELY PLUCKING THE STRINGS
"Second concept: As Earth rotates, HAARP will slice across geomagnetic flux...a donut-shaped spool of magnetic strings-like longitude meridians (on maps). HAARP may not 'cut' these strings in Gaia's magnetic mantle, but will pulse each thread with harsh, out-of-harmony high frequencies. These noisy impulses will vibrate geomagnetic flux lines, sending vibrations all through the geomagnetic web.
"The image comes to mind of a spider on its web. An insect lands, and the web's vibrations alert the spider to possible prey. HAARP will be a manmade microwave finger poking at the web, sending out confusing signals, if not tearing holes in the threads.
"Effects of this interference with symphonies of Gaia's geomagnetic harp are unknown, and I suspect barely thought of. Even if thought of, the intent [of HAARP] is to learn to exploit any effects, not to play in tune to global symphonies."
Among other researchers quoted is Paul Schaefer of Kansas City. His degree is in electrical engineering and he spent four years building nuclear weapons. "But most of the theories that we have been taught by scientists to believe in seem to be falling apart," he says. He talks about imbalances already caused by the industrial and atomic age, especially by radiation of large numbers of tiny, high-velocity particles "like very small spinning tops" into our environment. The unnatural level of motion of highly energetic particles in the atmosphere and in radiation belts surrounding Earth is the villain in the weather disruptions, according to this model which describes an Earth discharging its buildup of heat, relieving stress and regaining a balanced condition through earthquakes and volcanic action.
FEVERISH EARTH
"One might compare the abnormal energetic state of the Earth and its atmosphere to a car battery which has become overcharged with the normal flow of energy jammed up, resulting in hot spots, electrical arcing, physical cracks and general turbulence as the pent-up energy tries to find some place to go."
In a second analogy, Schaefer says:
"Unless we desire the death of our planet, we must end the production of unstable particles which are generating the Earth's fever. A first priority to prevent this disaster would be to shut down all nuclear power plants and end the testing of atomic weapons, electronic warfare and 'Star Wars'."
Meanwhile, the military builds its biggest ionospheric heater yet, to deliberately create more instabilities in a huge plasma layer-the ionosphere-and to rev up the energy level of charged particles.
ELECTRONIC RAIN FROM THE SKY
The military has published papers about electron precipitation from the magnetosphere (the outer belts of charged particles which stream toward Earth's magnetic poles) caused by manmade very-low-frequency electromagnetic waves:
"These precipitated particles can produce secondary ionisation, emit X-rays, and cause significant perturbation in the lower ionosphere."
Two Stanford University radio scientists offer evidence of what technology can do to affect the sky by making waves on Earth. They showed that very low frequency radio waves can vibrate the magnetosphere and cause high-energy particles to cascade into the Earth's atmosphere. By turning the signal on or off, they could stop the flow of energetic particles.
WEATHER CONTROL
Avalanches of energy dislodged by such radio waves could hit us hard. Their work suggests that technicians could control global weather by sending relatively small 'signals' into the Van Allen belts (radiation belts around Earth). Thus Tesla's resonance effects can control enormous energies by tiny triggering signals.
The Begich/Manning book asks whether that knowledge will be used by war-oriented or biosphere-oriented scientists.
The military has had about 20 years to work on weather warfare methods, which it euphemistically calls weather modification. For example, rainmaking technology was taken for a few test rides in Vietnam. The US Department of Defense sampled lightning and hurricane manipulation studies in Project Skyfire and Project Stormfury. And they looked at some complicated technologies that would give big effects. Angels Don't Play This HAARP cites an expert who says the military studied both lasers and chemicals which they figured could damage the ozone layer over an enemy. Looking at ways to cause earthquakes, as well as to detect them, was part of the project named Prime Argus, decades ago. The money for that came from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA, now under the acronym ARPA).
In 1994 the US Air Force revealed its Spacecast 2020 master plan which includes weather control. Scientists have experimented with weather control since the 1940s, but Spacecast 2020 noted that "using environmental modification techniques to destroy, damage or injure another state [is] prohibited". Having said that, the Air Force claimed that advances in technology "compels a re-examination of this sensitive and potentially risky topic".
FORTY YEARS OF ZAPPING THE SKY?
As far back as 1958, the chief White House adviser on weather modification, Captain Howard T. Orville, said the US defence department was studying "ways to manipulate the charges of the Earth and sky and so affect the weather by using an electronic beam to ionise or de-ionise the atmosphere over a given area.
In 1966, Professor Gordon J. F. MacDonald was Associate Director of the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics at the University of California, Los Angeles, was a member of the President's Science Advisory Committee, and later a member of the President's Council on Environmental Quality. He published papers on the use of environmental control technologies for military purposes. MacDonald made a revealing comment:
"The key to geophysical warfare is the identification of environmental instabilities to which the addition of a small amount of energy would release vastly greater amounts of energy."
World-recognised scientist MacDonald had a number of ideas for using the environment as a weapon system and he contributed to what was, at the time, the dream of a futurist. When he wrote his chapter, "How to Wreck the Environment", for the book Unless Peace Comes, he was not kidding around. In it he describes the use of weather manipulation, climate modification, polar ice-cap melting or destabilisation, ozone depletion techniques, earthquake engineering, ocean wave control and brainwave manipulation using the planet's energy fields. He also said that these types of weapons would be developed and, when used, would be virtually undetectable by their victims. Is HAARP that weapon? The military's intention to do environmental engineering is well-documented.
US Congress's subcommittee hearings on Oceans and International Environment looked into military weather and climate modification conducted in the early 1970s. "What emerged was an awesome picture of far-ranging research and experimentation by the Department of Defense into ways environmental tampering could be used as a weapon," said another author cited in Angels Don't Play This HAARP.
The revealed secrets surprised legislators. Would an inquiry into the state of the art of electromagnetic manipulation surprise lawmakers today? They may find out that technologies developed out of the HAARP experiments in Alaska could deliver on Gordon MacDonald's vision, because leading-edge scientists are describing global weather as not only air pressure and thermal systems but also as an electrical system.
SMALL INPUT, BIG EFFECT
HAARP zaps the ionosphere where it is relatively unstable. A point to remember is that the ionosphere is an active electrical shield protecting the planet from the constant bombardment of high-energy particles from space. This conducting plasma, along with Earth's magnetic field, traps the electrical plasma of space and holds it back from going directly to the Earth's surface, says Charles Yost of Dynamic Systems, Leicester, North Carolina:
"If the ionosphere is greatly disturbed, the atmosphere below is subsequently disturbed."
Another scientist interviewed said there is a super-powerful electrical connection between the ionosphere and the part of the atmosphere where our weather comes onstage: the lower atmosphere.
One manmade electrical effect-power-line harmonic resonance-causes fallout of charged particles from the Van Allen (radiation) belts, and the falling ions cause ice crystals (which precipitate rain clouds).
What about HAARP? Energy blasted upward from an ionospheric heater is not much compared to the total in the ionosphere, but HAARP documents admit that thousandfold greater amounts of energy can be released in the ionosphere than injected. As with MacDonald's "key to geophysical warfare", "nonlinear" effects (described in the literature about the ionospheric heater) mean small input and large output.
Astrophysicist Adam Trombly told Manning that an acupuncture model is one way to look at the possible effect of multi-gigawatt pulsing of the ionosphere. If HAARP hits certain points, those parts of the ionosphere could react in surprising ways.
Smaller ionospheric heaters such as the one at Arecibo are underneath relatively placid regions of the ionosphere compared to the dynamic movements nearer Earth's magnetic poles. That adds another uncertainty to HAARP: the unpredictable and lively upper atmosphere near the North Pole.
HAARP experimenters do not impress common-sense Alaskans such as Barbara Zickuhr, who says: "They're like boys playing with a sharp stick, finding a sleeping bear and poking it in the butt to see what's going to happen."
COULD THEY SHORT-CIRCUIT THE EARTH?
Earth as a spherical electrical system is a fairly well-accepted model. However, those experimenters who want to make unnatural power connections between parts of this system might not be thinking of possible consequences. Electrical motors and generators can be caused to wobble when their circuits are affected. Could human activities cause a significant change in a planet's electrical circuit or electrical field? A paper in the respected journal Science deals with manmade ionisation from radioactive material, but perhaps it could also be studied with HAARP-type skybusters in mind:
"For example, while changes in the Earth's electric field resulting from a solar flare modulating conductivity may have only a barely detectable effect on meteorology, the situation may be different in regard to electric field changes caused by manmade ionisation..."
Meteorology, of course, is the study of the atmosphere and weather. Ionisation is what happens when a higher level of power is zapped into atoms and knocks electrons off the atoms. The resulting charged particles are the stuff of HAARP. "One look at the weather should tell us that we are on the wrong path," says Paul Schaefer, commenting on HAARP-type technologies.
Angels Don't Play This HAARP: Advances in Tesla Technology is about the military's plan to manipulate that which belongs to the world: the ionosphere. The arrogance of the United States Government in this is not without precedent. Atmospheric nuclear tests had similar goals. More recently, China and France put their people's money to destructive use in underground nuclear tests. It was recently reported that the US Government spent US$3 trillion on its nuclear program since its beginnings in the 1940s. What new breakthroughs in life science could have been made with all the money spent on death?
Begich, Manning, Roderick and others believe that democracies need to be founded on openness rather than the secrecy which surrounds so much military science. Knowledge used in developing revolutionary weapons could be used for healing and helping mankind. Because they are used in new weapons, discoveries are classified and suppressed. When they do appear in the work of other independent scientists, the new ideas are often frustrated or ridiculed, while military research laboratories continue to build their new machines for the killing fields.
However, the book by Manning and Begich gives hope that the military-industrial-academic-bureaucratic Goliath can be affected by the combined power of determined individuals and the alternative press. Becoming informed is the first step to empowerment.

Electronic Weather Control: Why It Doesn't Rain Much Anymore
Have you noticed how it¹s not raining much again; how most of the weather fronts that have managed to come through this season have been dissipated and broken up? Have you noticed the occasional weird cloud shapes that appear with the few fronts that do manage to pass by? And how the jet stream has been forced North again? How high pressure ridges continue to dominate the Southwest?
Some say the rain is being turned on (last year) and off (during the preceding 7-year drought and again this season) by an irritated and vengeful God. In reality, however, it is Man who is playing God and doing the dirty work. None of this is illusory or accidental, for there is powerful and compelling evidence that the bizarre weather patterns of recent years have been - to a very large degree - engineered, controlled, and influenced by both the Russian and American governments. To those of you familiar with the work of the supermind of Nikola Tesla, the following will not come as much of a surprise.
On the Fourth of July, 1976, the former Soviet Union began broadcasting huge, pulsed electromagnetic fields from three gigantic 40-million watt transmitters which beamed those signals halfway around the world to the U.S. This electronic assault disrupted and jammed radio and television broadcast signals, enraged the FCC, and irritated ham radio operators, who quickly dubbed the signals 'The Russian Woodpecker,' because of their pulsed cadence.
To date, the Russians have completed nearly 30 of the huge transmitters which emit signals primarily in the very dangerous 10-Hertz range, otherwise known as Extreme Low Frequency (ELF). The technology is based on the brilliant work of the peerless electrical genius, Nikola Tesla. So, what exactly does the 'Russian Woodpecker' do and how does it do it? Consider the following:
These 'Tesla' transmitters create massive 'standing' ELF waves that form major high pressure 'blocking systems' that change the normal high altitude jet stream pattern, force it to the north, and actually retard the normal flow patterns of incoming weather systems. Ever notice the television weather satellite pictures showing the jet stream pushed north and a big stationary high pressure blocking nearly every major rain system that approaches the southern half of California?...
Regarding the 7-year drought, which appears to be rearing its arid head again, the 1/13/93 edition of Discovery Magazine stated:
Scientists would be happy if they learned one thing from this (seven year) drought: What causes the massive high pressure system to build up just off the California coast and stay there, like a double-parked delivery truck in rush-hour traffic, pushing storms to the north?
Odd things were also being reported back in the winters of the early 1980's:
A ridge of high pressure has hovered nearly 800 miles off the California Coast for the past two months, blocking the usual flow of moist air from the Pacific.

As far back in April, 1969, Spectrum, a publication of the prestigious Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, featured an article by Seymour Tilson which stated:
Workers in the field of atmospheric electricity and cloud physics have accumulated sufficient evidence to suggest that electric fields in the Earth¹s lower atmosphere play a critical role...perhaps the critical role...in the development and behavior of clouds that produces precipitation.
Mr. Tilson was correct. Exactly one year after the 'birth' of the Russian Woodpecker, July 4, 1978, the U.S. Government conducted its own ELF weather experiment which created an enormous downpour of rain over six counties of northern Wisconsin. This ELF-generated storm generated winds of 157 mph and caused $50 million in damage, levelling Phillips, Wisconsin, and destroying 350,000 hectares of forest.
The first published alarm about Soviet weather control warfare came from Dr. Andrew Michrowski of PACE (Planetary Association for Clean Energy). In a published paper in 1978, Dr. Michrowski described how he had placed monitoring stations all across Canada and determined that "the Soviets managed to establish relatively stable and localized ELF fields (over North America) which were able to hamper or divert the jet stream flow in the Northern Hemisphere."
Several years later, Michrowski stated in a PACE Newsletter (Vol.4, #4):
ELF fields...propagate vertically to the ground, creating 'standing waves'...that can redistribute energy and momentum in (atmosphere) through cumulus convection. It has been consistently noted that variance of the (Soviet) ELF transmissions leads to a subsequent change in the route of the jet stream flow in the Northern Hemisphere within 72 hours.
The 2/81 PACE Newsletter reported that the Soviets turned off their ELF Woodpecker signal for a brief period in 1980: "During the two-week lull, the Northern Hemisphere's jet stream was NORMAL... ...with the return of the Soviet ELF transmissions, the jet stream was deflected (again) by a persistent (high) pressure ridge extending from the Yukon to Arizona."
There is much more, but I think you get the picture. 'Everyone complains about the weather, but nobody does anything about it,' doesn¹t function any more. Nikola Tesla said, in June, 1900, " The time is very near when we shall have the precipitation of the moisture of the atmosphere under complete control..." If you have ever read a biography of the great genius, you'll know he wasn't joking.
Does the U.S. government have its own series of ELF/microwave transmitters? You bet. Can ELF be used to do more than engineer and influence just the weather (like human beings, for example)? Yes, it CAN and IS. But that's another story...

Embarrassed NASA officials tried to explain away the loss of the two Shuttle boosters with the lie that the parachutes did not open (on both of them?). The odds are astronomical against the parachutes failing that way on TWO BOOSTERS, but they had no other excuse that they dared make public.

For a while the flight progressed without incident but as the jet flew westward at 39,000 feet a Russian Cosmosphere was stationing itself to intercept it. The Cosmosphere hovered several miles off to one side of the jet's flight path and a few hundred feet above it. The charged particle beam weapon of the Cosmosphere was aimed horizontally to fire a shot across the bow of the speeding DC-10.
As the jet approached, the Cosmosphere crew charged up the beam weapon for a maximum energy blast in a defocused mode. This produces a violent air blast like those heard that winter along America's East Coast and elsewhere. At precisely the right instant the Cosmosphere fired its shot across the bow of the oncoming DC-10.
The tremendous air blast just above the DC-10's altitude created a huge shock wave of downward-racing air. An instant later the DC-10 flew into it. Passengers later told reporters that they heard a big bang, then the whole plane shook as it was squashed downward as if by a giant hand. Everyone not wearing a seat belt was thrown to the ceiling, which is a long way on a DC-10. Many people were hurt, several seriously; then the episode was over as quickly as it had started.
The jet flew on to Los Angeles without further incident - but to certain individuals on the plane, the airborne shot across the bow was meant as a clear warning! It certainly meant something to the military and government personnel because they had been warned it would happen. It clearly said, "Halt now in your war plans or you will be destroyed."
1982 July 2nd Russian warning The first full-range test flight of the Army's new Pershing-2 missile took place at Cape Canaveral. The Pershing-2 is the nuclear missile which the Reagan Administration wanted to place in Europe where it could attack Russia. Europe would be used as a launching pad.
A few seconds after the Pershing-2 lifted off from Cape Canaveral it was bathed in neutron radiation from a Russian Cosmosphere high above. Remember, neutron radiation totally deranges all kinds of electronic equipment. As a result, the Pershing-2's guiding system went crazy.
The climbing missile flopped over on its side, then started cartwheeling through the lovely Florida skies. Seventeen seconds after lift-off, the Range Safety Officer pushed the self-destruct button and the missile blew up.
The Russian message to the Bolsheviks in the U.S. was very plain indeed. The plans to use missiles to help destroy Russia would not succeed. The attempt to do so would only rain destruction on America itself.

Bhd., will sign a memorandum of understanding soon with a government-owned Russian party to produce the cyclone." This article is written by the prestigious Wall Street Journal, and it reports, very matter of factly, that Malaysia is ordering a cyclone just as someone might order some lawn furniture from a catalog! We also learned that the Russians have the capability of creating such a huge storm for a fee. Also unsaid, but inferred, is that this cyclone could be steered or controlled so that it would come close enough to Malaysia to clear away the haze that was bedeviling that nation, but not so close it would cause any damage.

Scalar Electromagnetics and Weather Control
The following is one example of correspondence between Tom Bearden and persons interested in some of the applications of his Scalar Electromagnetics theories [note that Bearden is now calling his system Energetics and refers to it as a subset of Superpotential Theory, if I understand him right.]. Bearden sent me several such correspondences as a general "update" on where he's at nowadays (Spring/Summer 1998). As usual, he cannot discuss exact methods or circuitry for devices to accomplish these feats of magic-- only the general principles. Can we glean enough from his writings to perhaps reach a "critical mass" enabling us to perform a leap of logic or two, and figure out how to build some of these devices?

The anomalous weather worldwide is not accidental. In superpotential theory, which was initiated by a paper by E.T. Whittaker in 1904, it is possible to produce EM force fields and force field energy at a distance. Whittaker 1904 showed that all EM fields and waves can be decomposed into two scalar potential functions. It follows that, by assembling two such scalar potential functions in beams, one can produce a "scalar potential interferometer" where the potential beams intersect at a distance. In that interference zone, ordinary transverse EM fields and energy appear.
A scalar potential is also just a harmonic assembly of bidirectional longitudinal EM wavepairs, as shown in a paper by E.T. Whittaker the year before, 1903. So one can produce the necessary longitudinal waves, in arrays, to "assemble" a scalar potential with any desired interior LW composition.
Thus by using longitudinal EM waves (LWs), one can produce potentials, fields, and waves to order.
It turns out that a longitudinal EM wave, since it cannot vary transversely a priori, cannot vary its 3-spatial energy density. Instead, it must vary in the time domain. What results is that one has created an oscillation of the curvature of spacetime, when one makes a longitutinal EM wave.
Now one can engineer clusters of ST curvatures, by proper assembly of LWs. This is a very powerful general relativity, because the strong EM force is being used as the agent of ST curvature. This particular EM GR does not appear in the textbooks, but has been utilized by the Russian KGB in clandestine weapon development since the 1950s.
Here's how the weather engineering is usually accomplished:
First, take two scalar potential beam transmitters, separated on the necessary baseline to form a beam interferometer. Let them interfere at a distance. Now in that distant interference zone (IZ), there is an ambient vacuum potential (spacetime potential, or spacetime stress). If the electrical circuit grounds of the interferometer transmitters are biased ABOVE the ambient potential in the IZ, then scattering EM energy (heating) emerges in the IZ. This is the exothermic mode of operation. If the electrical circuit grounds of the interferometer are biased negatively below the ambient potential in the IZ, then convergent EM energy (cooling) emerges in the IZ. This is the endothermic mode of operation.
So by merely biasing the electrical grounds of a scalar potential interferometer, one can produce heating or cooling in the distant IZ. If one just "radiates," one produces distant steady heating or steady cooling. If one sharply pulses the interferometer, one produces a distant hot explosion or a distant cold explosion.
One can also, of course, form various forms of energy at a distance, including particularly hemispheric shells of energy and spherical shells of energy. Hundreds of these have been observed worldwide, from testing by the KGB weapons in Russia.
There is one other characteristic that one needs to be aware of. Pure longitudinal EM waves have infinite speed and infinite velocity (see the summary papers by Rodrigues et al. on the Los Alamos National Laboratory website). In practice one makes a pseudo-longitudinal wave, so its energy is finite and its speed is finite, but it may have a velocity v>>c.
A "scalar" potential is not a scalar entity at all. Instead, it's a bundle of bidirectional longitudinal waves, as shown by Whittaker 1903.
Mass is composed mostly of empty space filled with potentials and fields, with a particle here and there, widely separated. On its own scale, a "mass" looks more like a giant solar system or the external universe. Mostly space, with fields and potentials.
Well, since fields and potentials are nothing but just LWs anyway (W-1903 and 1904), then the stress potential of space is a superhighway for LWs.
What this means is that "pretty good" LWs (i.e., sufficiently clean pseudo longitudinal waves) will pass right through the earth and ocean, with little attenuation and little interaction.
Now we are ready to see into weather engineering.
Focus the interference zone (IZ) on the other side of the earth (beam right through the earth and ocean) to a given desired area in the atmosphere. Bias your transmitters positively. You produce atmospheric heating in the air in the IZ, so that the air expands and you have produced a "low" pressure zone. Now use a second interferometer biased negatively, and place it at a distant IZ desired. In that IZ, you cool the air so that it shrinks and becomes denser, and you have created a "high" pressure area.
Now place several such IZs, with the desired highs and lows, near a jet stream. The jet stream will be deviated toward a low and away from a high.
By varying the transmitted energy and the iz location (just move it gradually along), you can entrain and steer the jet streams, and therefore effectively "steer" the resulting weather.
Want to spawn tornadoes? Just make several sharp bends in the jet streams, and also speed them up a bit. The additional angular momentum imparted to the air masses will spawn off littler rotations (tornadoes).
By focusing the IZ underneath the ocean, one can heat or cool the water in a selected area, over a period of time. So you can aggravate or ease El Nino, e.g.
By proper steering and coordination around the earth, the KGB is able to create a great deal of rain in an area, a drought in an area, storms and tornadoes, a powerful El Nino, etc.
Want to really mess with the troops? Just focus the IZ in a large fault zone -- say such as the San Andreas fault in California. Use the exothermic interferometry mode. You deposit energy slowly in that fault zone. The stress increases. Eventually the plate edges shift, and you have an earthquake. If you want a very powerful quake, put the energy in gradually, so that a sort of "overpotential" or "overpressure" builds up, past where the rocks would normally slip. Then when they let go, you've got a real nice big one.
You can see what might happen if one also toys around with a sleeping volcano.
On July 4, 1976 the KGB began its massive and continuing weather engineering over North America. It continues to this day.
As an example, on Nov. 19, 1997 I drove from Huntsville, Alabama to Louisville, Kentucky to give a graduate seminar on Nov. 20. As I left Nashville on the interstate, I spotted a "giant radial cloud" in the sky, to my left. A giant radial is a cloud with long radial fingers (spokes) radiating out from it, perhaps several miles in length. These are signatures of artificial weather engineering. On Interstate 65, I was averaging about 65 mph. So was the giant radial, and it was traveling along off to the left of I-65. In other words, the distant operators were just using a map with I-65 as a trace guide line, for moving an interferometer array's IZ. That cloud moved right along with me, at 65 mph, for 111 miles by my odometer. Then it started to fade as the distant operator cut power. At that time, I could see its "twin" off to the right, which had been cut power a little before. This was therefore one of the infamous "twin giant radials" that I photographed so much back in the early 80s.
I challenge any scientist to show me a NATURALLY occurring twin giant radial, that motors along astride Interstate 65, at 65 miles per hour, for almost two hours! That's pushing statistical chance to the point of absurdity. Also, of course, this sort of thing has happened dozens and dozens of times around the country.
So the anomalous weather everyone is worrying about, is going to STAY anomalous. In fact, it's going to get a bit worse.
There's a whole war going on out there.
It might surprise you, e.g., that electrodynamics actually has nothing at all to say about the form of its EM entities in space, where there is no mass. Maxwell assumed a material ether, and all his EM entities are mass-containing. The force fields are rigorously defined only in the presence of mass, and only as the INTERACTION of the spacetime disturbance with an intercepting charged mass. So Maxwell's EM still contains a material ether, even though the Michelson-Morley experiments destroyed a material space medium in the 1880s (after Maxwell was already dead). Not a single Maxwellian equation has been changed!
Rigorously, Maxwellian EM is a set of matter-to-matter transforms. Actually infolded inside its transforms are a missing two: (1) matter-to-spacetime transform, which is really what is invoked when one launches a "signal" from a transmitter; one launches a spacetime curvature oscillation, not a force field oscillation, because no force fields exist in space in the absence of mass (Feynman, Wheeler, Aharonov, Bohm, Lindsay, Margenau, etc.) Then the ST perturbation propagates through space to the waiting receiving antenna. There it interacts with the Drude electrons, producing the well-known transverse EM oscillations. Since the electrons are constrained longitudinally down the wire and are spinning, they act as gyros. So they precess laterally, which is actually what we measure with our instruments -- the gyroprecession of the charges.
So hidden inside the matter-to-matter EM they erroneously teach us, is an infolded general relativity (a matter-to-spacetime transform, followed by a spacetime-to-matter transform in serial order).
This is the "magical" unified field theory everyone has been seeking. The electrodynamics we teach is a piece of tripe, and the Russians just secretly corrected it back in the early 50s. And then they weaponized the daylights out of it.
Today at least three other nations besides the KGB rogue group in Russia have scalar potential interferometer weapons. The weather engineering is just one of the EARLY capabilities. The most powerful weapons on earth are not nuclear. They are quantum potential in nature, using a modified Whittaker EM to implement David Bohm's hidden variable theory of quantum mechanics.
Meanwhile, since our own electrical physicists have rather thoroughly failed us, and just keep teaching the horribly flawed old electrodynamics, we will continue to watch as the weather is hostilely engineered, as even earthquakes are engineered from time to time, and as another small nation which must remain unnamed, saves us and prevents our destruction.
Anyway, that's what is really happening to the weather. Understand, not every tornado is artificial! But a lot of them are spawned artificially. And the weather is being "steered," by steering the jetstreams.
Didn't know whether such things would even interest you, but thought I'd expose them anyway. Most scientists are very uncomfortable with even the notion that something substantial is wrong with our physics texts. But such is true. Until we do the necessary foundations overhaul, we will continue to teach and use a highly inferior science. And we will continue to see more and more anomalous weather.
Incidentally, the KGB weapon scientists call the infolded LWs (curvatures of ST) inside electrodyamics, the information content of the field. Our guys just think they are referring to spectral analysis. The Russians call the entire science energetics. That incident on April 9, 1984 off the coast of Japan and near the Kuriles, was a huge test of (1) a cold explosion just over the surface of the ocean, which suddenly shrank the air so that surrounding air rushed in, meeting and surging upwards into the sky, entraining lots of water as a mist and dense cloud with it. Then a second test was conducted: a glowing sphere of light appeared in the top of the large mushroom cloud from the cold explosion. Then that spherical globe expanded, until it reached some 380 miles in diameter. The center of the globe at that time was about 200 miles altitude. That is written up in two fine articles in the respected journal Science.
This is the scale the KGB has been operating on, with these interferometry weapons. There are hundreds more such incidents or similar.
Anyhow, thanks for sending me the updates on the actual weather occurrences. They do help from time to time.
